SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PERFORM
Expert assessment, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation for athletes and active people.
Who We Are
-
We take a detailed, performance-focused approach to physiotherapy. Assessment goes beyond identifying where it hurts — we look at strength, movement, training demands and the factors contributing to your injury. From there, rehabilitation is built around clear goals and measurable progress.
-
Our clinical focus is on hip and groin conditions, lumbar-pelvic pain, and complex knee rehabilitation including ACL injury. We also manage a wide range of sporting and training-related injuries, using detailed assessment and objective testing to guide rehabilitation and return to performance.
-
Your initial appointment includes a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of the problem and a plan for what comes next. Treatment may include manual therapy and hands-on techniques to help manage pain and improve movement, alongside targeted exercise and rehabilitation. Where appropriate, objective strength testing is used to establish benchmarks and guide progress. The goal is to combine symptom relief with a structured plan that helps you return confidently to training and performance.

Our clinic is located inside Absolute Health & Performance at 948 High Street, Armadale.
